How can an institution get 100% for Gatsby Benchmark 3 (data collection for each learner on their destinations for three years after leaving school) if learners don't consent to contact?
We recommend that users reflect on the robustness of the process used to collect this learner data. If every effort is made to contact learners, and they do not give consent to contact and this is recorded, then this is still an accurate record. The learners’ decision is outside of your control and as long as there are robust processes in place to engage learners to record this data, this should be your focus.
