Overview of delay.
As you may be aware we have been changing how we integrate with your institutions’ Management Information System (MIS) from the third-party Assembly to Xporter on Demand (XoD), this has been an ongoing process throughout 2022/2023 academic year.
This September is the first time that we have gone through the academic year change process using the new platform (XoD).
It is incredibly important that learner data is accurate and up-to-date, and that Compass+ also continues to give users access to historical data. The team detected a technical anomaly within the syncing process and made a sensible decision to pause the sync to prevent any further problems with maintaining historical data you have saved to the product in the past. This has caused a minor delay with your MIS data syncing with Compass+.
We have been working hard to resolve the syncing issue as soon as possible, and all institutions should now have learner data for the new academic year available in the product. You should also now be able to generate Future Skills Questionnaire links for learners and send via email to learners directly if you have enabled the student email scope in Xporter on Demand (XoD).
Please note: If you have recently changed MIS then you will see learners duplicated. We are working as fast as we can to resolve this issue and will continue to update this page with progress.
We do not anticipate that this technical anomaly will happen again next year as the changes we have put in place will resolve this issue for future academic years.
