If your issue does not appear in this table, please submit a support request to our Help Desk Include as much detail about the issue as possible, along with a screenshot. Please explain what you would expect to see in product and what you are actually seeing in product and why you think it is incorrect. This information will be incredibly helpful and will help us to resolve the issue much faster.
Please note: A known issue may only affect one part of Compass+, which means you will be able to continue to use other features of the product as normal. We will identify the parts of the product that you can still use in the table below.

Iframe restrictions leading to issues with completing a Compass evaluation on Compass+
We have had a small number of reports that institutions are experiencing an issue when looking at Compass evaluations. They navigate to ‘Evaluations’ and select ‘Compass evaluations’ and they see the following error and are unable to complete a Compass evaluation:
This is due to iframe restrictions that your institution might have in place, essentially these restrictions are affecting Compass evaluations loading in Compass+.
Please can you get your IT team to check the following two points:
- Check that they have allowed all @careersandenterprise.co.uk hostnames (the whole domain)
- Check if there are any iframe restrictions in place as this could be causing this issue
If your IT team are unable to resolve these quickly, and only if your IT policy allows, you could access your Compass evaluation from a personal device instead.
