Correct SEND records for learners |
Discrepancies in learner SEN data being displayed in Learner table, FSQ tables and Learner profile |
N/A | Some schools will see discrepancies in their SEN statuses. This is due to schools creating multiple learner SEN records often with no end date, leading to discrepancies displaying on Compass+. |
Institutions reusing learner IDs leading to data merging for learners |
If an institution already has this issue then they may see that data previously related to one learner appears merged with another learner
|
N/A |
For Compass+ we use the ‘learner ID’ from the institution’s MIS to identify that learner. In some cases, particularly where a school changes MIS, we are seeing ‘learner IDs’ being reused for different learners leading to data for two learners being merged on one record. |
