1. Log in to Compass+ using your email address and password - https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/compassplus
2. From the main navigation bar go to ‘Evaluations’, then ‘Internal leadership review’:
There are three key actions displayed on the internal leadership review page, please ensure you engage with each one to get the most out of completing an internal leadership review:
3. Once you have thoroughly prepared for the internal leadership review, click the green ‘Record internal leadership review responses’ to get started:
Before you start recording your responses, you will need to capture who took part in your internal leadership review and contributed to deciding which responses best fit the practice in your institution.
Once you have selected the relevant colleagues, click the green ‘Save and continue’ button.
Each section of the Careers Impact internal leadership review feature asks you to record the ‘best-fit’ statement that represents current practice in your institution under each theme.
4. Work through the questions for each of the six themes.
There is a progress bar at the top of the screen that indicates your progress towards recording all of your responses for each theme.
Click the green ‘Save and continue’ button to move on to the next question.
5. If you need to save your progress and add additional responses later, you can do this anytime by navigating back to the internal leadership review landing page.
To resume recording responses that you have previously entered go back to the Internal leadership review page, in the Evaluations section on the main navigation bar:
You will see a list of all the previous or in progress Careers Impact internal leadership reviews for your institution.
Select the internal leadership review you want to continue, and click the green ‘Resume’ button in the Actions column:
You will then go back to the next question you need to answer, you won’t go back to the beginning of the review.
