Careers Partners is a safe, secure and scalable database where you can store all employers, organisations and providers that deliver careers activities to your learners.
Careers Partners are only accessible to you and other Compass+ users within your institution.

Careers Partners can be added to Compass+ in two different ways; entered directly into Compass+ from the Careers Partners section or uploaded into Compass+ using the Careers Partners upload template.
This Help Centre article walks you through how to create activities directly from a Careers Partner entry.
Creating an activity from a Careers Partner entry
1. Log in to Compass+ using your email address and password - https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/compassplus
2. From the main navigation bar go to Careers Partners> Your Careers Partners. On the 'Your Careers Partners' page you will see a list of all the partners you have added already displayed in alphabetical order.
3. Find the Careers Partner you want, then in the Actions column, select the arrow to expand the entry and "View details":
4. From here, there are two ways you can create a new activity:
Click on the arrow in the Actions column to expand the Contacts information, then click the green "Create Activity" button:
You will be redirected to the 'Create a new activity' page in the Activities section of Compass+. The contact from the organisation will automatically be added to Step 3 ('Add providers or employers to your activity') when creating a new activity:

5. When you 'View details' for the Careers Partner, click on the "Activities" tab:
Then click the green "Create Activity with this organisation" to create a new activity:
You will be redirected to the 'Create a new activity' page in the Activities section of Compass+. The organisation only will automatically be added to Step 3 ('Add providers or employers to your activity') when creating a new activity.
From the 'Create a new activity' page, you can:
- Add an existing Organisation or Contact to an activity
- Create new Organisations and Contacts
- Edit existing Organisations and Contacts
- Use Advanced Search functionality
These features all work in the same way as they do in the Careers Partners section.
