You can create Custom groups directly from both the FSQ detailed and SEND reports.
Follow the guidance below from either report.
1. Log in to Compass+ using your email address and password - https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/compassplus
2. From the main navigation bar go to Learner >Questionnaire
3. Click "Detailed report" or "SEND report". In the example below, we are creating the Custom group from the detailed report:
4. Select the academic year:
5. For the Number of learners who responded to the questions mostly negatively, mixed or mostly positively visualisation, select the questionnaire section, questionnaire type and Year group from the drop-downs:
Please note for the SEND report, you filter by Key stage at this step.
6. Click on any of the three response options shown in the visualisation:
7. A list of learners who responded in that way will be shown below.
Now click "Create Custom Group":
8. A pop-up window will display on screen, enter details for your Custom group:
9. Once you have entered/amended the relevant information for your Custom group, just click "Save":
10. The Custom group will now be added to Compass+!
11. For the Question by question analysis visualisation. Select the relevant filters you want to apply:
12. Click on the bar next to a question (FYI when you hover over the bar, the wording for the question will display):
13. The responses for that question will be shown on screen, accompanied by the relevant emoji. Select the relevant response that you want to create a Custom group for:
14. Then click "Create Custom Group":
15. Enter/amend the information in the Custom group pop-up, then click "Save".
The Custom group will now be added to Compass+!
