The Learner Report is a PDF version of the activities, interests & destinations information and Future Skills Questionnaire responses that are recorded in the individual Learner profile.
You can send learner reports to both individual and multiple learners.
Learners will need to have their email addresses in Compass+ to use this feature. If you're not sure if you have your learner emails in Compass+, please visit the Data Status page and check that you have the 'Student Email Scope' enabled.

You can now customise learner reports, allowing you to select and share specific information with learners. You may just want to share a learner’s FSQ responses for example or the activities they have attended for the current academic year.
This Help Centre article will take you through how to send a learner report by email, directly from a learners individual Learner Profile, and explain how you can customise the report to meet your needs.

Customising and sending the learner report to an individual learner
1. Log in to Compass+ using your email address and password - https://auth.careersandenterprise.co.uk/compassplus
2. From the main navigation bar go to Learner > Current
3. Find the learner that you want to send the report to and click 'View profile' in the Actions column:
4. Click "Generate learner report" to the right of the screen then select "Email learner report":
5. Enter the learners email address and then click confirm
- If you need to send the report to a different address for that learner, you can enter it here
- You must verify that the email belongs to the learner before doing this.
6. A pop-up box will display outlining a series of options where you can customise the learner report and select/deselect the information you wish to share with the learner using the checkboxes down the left-hand side:
- If you wish to include Post 16 Destinations notes, Post 18 Destinations notes or Alumni contact information, a message will pop-up asking you to confirm that you approve the sharing of this text directly with the learner

If you make changes to the options you have selected, these can be saved using the ‘Remember these settings’ checkbox. The next time you access the individual learner report, the same settings will be applied unless you edit them.
9. Once you have selected the information you want to include in the learner report, click 'Confirm' to send the report or 'Cancel' to close the pop-up box.
