Click on ‘View profile’ beside a learner's name in the Current Learner List to see their full profile. You will be taken to the first data tab on the learner's profile - Activities:
Gatsby Benchmarks panel
Scroll down and you will see two panels. The first, Gatsby Benchmarks, shows the learner's progress towards achieving each Benchmark:
The Gatsby Benchmarks panel is automatically updated for the learner when a Compass+ user creates activities for them, or marks their activities as completed:
- If a future activity has been created for the learner mapped to a Benchmark, it will be shown as ticked in the ‘Planned activities’ column.
- If an activity has been marked as completed, it will be shown as ticked in the ‘Completed activities’ column.
Activities panel
The second panel shows the individual activities the learner has planned or completed:
Each activity shows key information, including the main and sub-category Benchmarks it is mapped to, as well as its status (planned or completed).
When reviewing a learner's activities, you may wish to create an activity specifically for them to address a gap in provision. You can do this by clicking on ‘Create activity for learner’ above the panel:
You may also wish to review the learner's activities from a previous academic year. You can do this by selecting the year from the dropdown list above the panel:
