Then from the main navigation bar, go to Learner > Questionnaire
Summary report
1. Click on "Summary report" and you will see a high-level aggregated view of all the question responses for each questionnaire type:
2. When you select an academic year from the drop-down in the summary report, the same academic year will automatically be reflected in both the detailed and SEND report too to save you from having to select this multiple times.
3. You can chose to view data from particular sections of your chosen questionnaire, by using the first dropdown at the top of the screen:
4. Then sort your data either by question number, which is the default view, or by which questions received the most positive responses (we recommend sorting by positive responses to see at-a-glance highest and lowest scoring questions):
5. The green bar at the top of each visualisation indicates the total number of questionnaires that have been submitted for that questionnaire type. When you hover your mouse over the bar, a pop-up will tell you how many learners have completed the questionnaire, and what that is as a percentage of the total links generated:
6. The second percentage figure is the percentage of questions within the questionnaire type that are being answered positively. Please note that the answer ‘Not sure’ is counted as a negative response).
7. Below this, you can drill down and view the total percentage of learners who have responded positively or negatively to each question. Sorting by positive responses allows you to quickly see the questions that learners answer negatively:
