To upload learners' activity data from Morrisby to Compass+, please complete the following steps:
Downloading your data from Morrisby
Firstly, log-in to Morrisby and click on ‘Tracker’:
Select the activity that you want to upload to Compass+, then select the Action ‘Export for CEC Compass+’:
The spreadsheet will be generated and will be found in your ‘downloads’ area:
The Morrisby system will keep a log of which activities you have exported:
Uploading your data to Compass+
1. To upload your data to Compass+, select Activities > Your Activities on the navigation bar
2. Click on the ‘Upload activities icon:
3. Click on select file or drag the spreadsheet that you exported from Morrisby to the area highlighted in the pop-up window. A successful upload message will appear if the activities are uploaded successfully:
We have built in checks to make sure that duplicate activities are not uploaded again. When this is detected, follow the on screen prompts to verify whether you want to upload/overwrite/ignore that particular activity:
