UPDATE: Language changes in Compass+ - After rigorous consultation with our Education Development Team, we have made some important language changes within Compass+. We have done this so that users see consistent and inclusive terminology within the product, and that features in the product feel relevant to the variety of Compass+ users we have in a range of educational settings.

LEARNER REPORTING! COMING SOON!
The primary purpose of this feature is to allow Compass+ users to have access to all key learner data in an easy-to-use table (this key data is currently in the learner profile and learner destinations pages).
Compass+ users want to be able to see this information easily within the product and also export this into reports that can then be shared with relevant stakeholders.
- All data fields from the Learner profile 'Interests and destinations' section will be listed as selectable buttons on the 'Current' and 'Left' learners landing pages
- Users will be able to create custom reports and download them as a .CSV file (Excel spreadsheet)
- Users will be able to save / edit / delete their own custom reports
- There will be a number of pre-built reports offered in a dropdown, so that it is easy to view key learner data
- Users will also be able to download pre-built reports as a .CSV file (Excel spreadsheet)
ACTIVITIES REPORTING! COMING SOON!
Developments to improve reporting functionality so that users have better access to their activities data. This will enable users to see, in product and in downloadable pre-built or custom reports, aggregated data on learner activities, broken down by Gatsby Benchmark, compliance with PAL and also allow users to easily identify if the activity was attended by the parent of the learner.
FSQ (Future Skills Questionnaire) EMAIL IMPROVEMENTS! COMING SOON!
A new feature is in development that will monitor the successful delivery of emails to learners. If emails are not being delivered, we will be able to pause the ability to send emails until schools have verified that they allow us to send emails to their learners. This will be managed through a new 'Email Domain Health page' in Compass+.
Development on this project has started with a target launch date of September. A Help Centre article will be available with more information on this feature once it is released.

UPDATE: Future Skills Questionnaire - Removal of traineeships option.
From August 2023, the government will no longer fund a standalone national traineeships programme. Therefore, we have removed the traineeship option from the question that measures understanding of different pathways after Year 11. This applies to the Starting Secondary, Transition from KS3 and GCSE Years version of the Future Skills Questionnaire.

UPDATE : Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - We have increased our Compass+ log-in security to include Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is an industry standard security enhancement that will defend Compass+ accounts against hacking attempts. MFA replaces the requirement where Compass+ users were automatically prompted to update their password after 90-days.

How to reset your password (including Multi-Factor Authentication)
UPDATE : Pupil profile Interests and Destinations - When searching by keyword for a key subject a student might be interested in, an industry of interest or job role of interest, a partial keyword will now show results in alphabetical order (for example, when typing-in ‘phy’, 'Physics' now appears at the top of the list).
When entering Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 destinations, the dropdown menu is listed alphabetically. You can scroll through this list to select an establishment, or alternatively start typing the name of the establishment into the box, if the establishment has already been entered onto the system, this will appear.

UPDATE: Current Pupils list - A filter has been added to the ‘form group’ column that displays every form group in the school. Users are able to select a single form group or multiple form groups within the filter. Users can remove the filter by selecting the 'Reset' button.

How to use your Current Pupils list
UPDATE : Left Pupils list - A ‘Download Pupil destinations information’ button has been added above the search bar (similar to the Current Pupil list) to allow users to export their Destinations data to a .CSV file. When choosing to download Destinations data, the user can choose to download either all Left Pupils' data or a filtered list that only downloads the information that’s appearing on-screen.
The same fields appear in the .CSV file as for when when exporting data for Current pupils, with the following differences:
- ‘Year Left’ column is added after the ‘UPN’ column on all three tabs in the .CSV file
- ‘Key Stage’, ‘Year group’, ‘Form group’ are removed on all three tabs.
