Some institutions may experience data synchronisation issues between their MIS and Compass+. These may be caused by the following:
Change of MIS
If your institution has recently changed MIS (e.g. between SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor etc.), this may result in data failing to synch correctly between the new MIS and Compass+.
Connector is offline
The Assembly/Groupcall connector app that manages the data flow between your MIS and Compass+ may be offline.
Pupil numbers incorrect when completing a Compass Evaluation
You pupil numbers for each year are fed directly into your Evaluation from your MIS. If you think any numbers are incorrect, however, you are able to change them manually in the pupil number fields. We do also recommend that you contact the Customer Service team (email address below), so that we can investigate whether any pupil number discrepancies are being caused as a result of a connection problem between your MIS and Compass+.
