If a provider has previously received a payment for the Careers Leader, but in a subsequent month the Careers Leader has withdrawn their enrolment from the course as they can no longer complete it, then the Provider can withdraw them from the enrolment.
As a provider, you can change the status of an enrolment by clicking on ‘Edit’ under the actions column on your enrolments tab:
In the ‘Status & Results Information’ section, you can change the status of the enrolment to ‘Withdrawn’ under the Status section. The enrolment will have a negative payment associated with it:
