If a provider has previously received a contract signed payment for a Careers Leader, but the Careers Leader has subsequently decided not to do the training and wants to complete training with another provider instead then the provider can ‘release’ them from the training.
As a provider, you can change the status of an enrolment by clicking on ‘Edit’ under the actions column on your enrolments tab:
You can then change the status of the enrolment to ‘Released’ under the Status section, this will allow the Careers Leader to be able to select training with another provider. This enrolment will then appear as having a status of ‘Withdrawn’ in the payments Excel spreadsheet:
Please note that once an enrolment is released, this cannot be updated by the provider, and it will require the Careers Leader to select their training preference. Please only release an enrolment if you have had confirmation from the Careers Leader that they want to change training provider.
