A provider can only delete an enrolment if the Careers Leader has not incurred the contract signed payment.
A provider may want to delete an enrolment if the Careers Leader has previously signed up to training with you but has then decided against signing a contract for training with you.
As a provider, you can delete an enrolment by clicking on ‘Edit’ under the actions column on your enrolments tab:
You can then select the ‘Delete enrolment’ button displayed at the bottom of the modal to remove this enrolment from your enrolments tab:
