The Compass+ Help Centre provides access to Compass+ help articles, training opportunities and other resources, all in one place. It’s available at all times when you are logged in to Compass+, and has been designed to quickly help you find what you need.
To access the Help Centre, click on ‘Help Centre’ at the bottom of the navigation bar.
From here, you can search for and browse help articles, access training opportunities, sign-up for webinars and access other useful resources:
Use the search box at the top of the screen to type in your query.
The search results will return a list of all the relevant articles that contain your query.
Click on the link you want to view the article - most have short video walkthroughs explaining exactly what you need to do, with step-by-step instructions too.
Alternatively, you can browse help articles by clicking on one of the links in the ‘Browse articles’ panel on the Help Centre welcome screen.
Watch our video to see how to use the Help Centre (please note: there is a difference with terminology due to language changes in product but the core functionality of using the Help Centre remains the same.)
