To upload learner's activity data from Grofar to Compass+, please complete the following steps:
Downloading your data from Grofar
1. Login to Grofar.
2. Go to the Activities Log:
3. Untick the ‘Show Future’ box at the top of the table:
4. Filter so that you’re only showing activities for the current academic year:
5. Click on ‘Export’ at the top of the activities table and select the ‘Compass+ Export’ option:
6. Then click on ‘Export’ to download a CSV file including all of the current academic year’s activities. This will include all of the information and will be in the correct format to upload directly into Compass+ (please do not edit the template or name of the file which should be ‘Grofar Activities Interaction’):
Uploading your data to Compass+
To upload your data to Compass+, log in to Compass+ and select Plans > Your Plans on the navigation bar:
Click on the ‘Upload activities to plan’ icon:
Click on select file or drag the spreadsheet that you exported from Grofar to the area highlighted in the pop-up window. A successful upload message will appear if the activities are uploaded successfully:
We have built in checks to make sure that duplicate activities are not uploaded again. When this is detected, follow the on screen prompts to verify whether you want to upload/overwrite/ignore that particular activity:
