Compass+ training and support
To help new and existing users make the most of Compass+, we've put together some self-service training modules and support available through the Compass+ Help Centre.
The article you are reading now is part of our Compass+ Help Centre, which features dozens of ‘how to’ guides covering each area of Compass+ functionality. Most articles also have videos showing you exactly what you need to do.
You can access the Help Centre anytime by clicking on the ‘Help Centre’ button in Compass +, or if you haven’t upgraded to Compass + yet, or you are still using Compass Classic, the Help Centre can also be accessed here, on our Zendesk web browser. TOP TIP : Add this website to your 'Favourites' tab in your web browser, so you can access help articles quickly and easily if you need them.
Our product experts run training webinars to share new product functionality. Each webinar is hosted on Zoom and lasts approx one hour.

In conjunction with Careers Leaders and various network stakeholders, we’ve created two self-service online modules specifically for Compass+ users. Each module has videos, slides and quizzes explaining the core product functionality to help new users start using Compass+ effectively.
Please note: there have a been a variety of upgrades to Compass + since these training modules were made, however the core learning outcomes are still valuable in practice. These training modules remain a great place to start to learn more about Compass + and how it can help you to develop your careers programme.
The modules each take around half-an-hour to complete, with certificates downloadable on completion. We’re delivering this training through the iHASCO platform. Careers Leaders and other Compass+ users can access the training via the link to the iHASCO platform below.
