Compass+ training and support
To help new and existing users make the most of Compass+, we've put together some self-service training modules and support available through the Compass+ Knowledgebase.
In conjunction with Careers Leaders and various network stakeholders, we’ve created two self-service online modules specifically for Compass+ users. Each module comprises videos, slides and quizzes explaining the core product functionality to help new users start using Compass+ effectively.
The modules each take around half-an-hour to complete, with certificates downloadable on completion. We’re delivering this training through the iHASCO platform. Careers Leaders and other Compass+ users can access the training via the link to the iHASCO platform below.
Access Compass+ training for new users
The article you are reading now is part of our Compass+ Knowledgebase, which features dozens of ‘how to’ guides covering each area of Compass+ functionality. Most articles also have explainer videos showing you exactly what you need to.
You can access the Knowledgebase by clicking on the ‘Support’ button in the bottom-right hand side of every Compass+ screen.
Our product experts occasionally run training webinars to share new product functionality. Each webinar is hosted on Zoom and will last one hour.
