Compass+ is a free digital product from The Careers & Enterprise Company that enables education settings to evaluate, manage, and report on their careers provision. Compass+ helps users to make important strategic decisions about how careers education is delivered in their setting.
Core features that support meaningful achievement of the eight Gatsby Benchmarks are available to all users working with learners in middle schools through to post-16 settings. For eligible settings with a compatible Management Information System (MIS), Compass+ can connect to the MIS and access learner data – activating the Future Skills Questionnaire, learner reporting, and OnTrack+.
