Language changes in Compass+ and Help Centre articles.
After rigorous consultation with our Education Development Team, we have made some important language changes within Compass+. We have done this so that users see consistent and inclusive terminology within the product, and that features in the product feel relevant to the variety of Compass+ users we have in a range of educational settings.
Over the next few weeks, when reading our Help Centre articles, users may notice some slight differences, with older terms still being used. We have begun to update every article to reflect these language changes, so that text, screenshots/videos all reflect what users see in ‘real-life’ when they are using Compass+.
Plan has changed to Activities
Pupil has changed to Learner
Questionnaires has changed to Questionnaire
With regards to destinations (from the Interests and Destinations section of the Learner Profile):
Key Stage 4 has changed to Post 16
Key Stage 5 has changed to Post 18
